Future CHAT Initiatives
The Institute for the Arts and Humanities' goal was always to launch a regional digital arts and humanities initiative that survived long past the festival, an initiative truly owned by the region rather than by one institution or, in our case, one institute.
We are thrilled to announce that Duke University has agreed to host the next CHAT festival in 2012. We'll keep you posted on news and updates here, and we'll work closely with the planning team there to transition communications over the course of the next year or so.
In addition, we're currently pursuing conversations and suggestions to shape the future of CHAT--one year from now, five years from now, 10 years from now.
Below, you can see notes from one of the planning sessions we held during the festival. Join the conversation, and let us know what direction you think CHAT should move.
