Hands-On Workshops
The CHAT festival will offer participants the opportunity to explore technology and educational topics through a series of workshops coordinated by the UNC Center for Faculty Excellence. These workshops are under development and will be published soon.
K-12 Teaching Clinics
Teachers and K-12 technology specialists from across the state will have the opportunity to participate in festival events. Professors Cheryl Mason Bolick and Suzanne Gulledge from the UNC School of Education have coordinated "translational workshops" to help teachers and technologists take what they see and experience at CHAT and apply it, practically, in their own classrooms. These teachers and technologists will then serve as ambassadors and share their experience in their own districts.
